Set Up the AI Concierge
The AI Concierge is an LLM-powered assistant that helps users by answering questions with context-specific responses, writing content, and generally helping create fully formed and accurate requests. The Concierge is designed to be the first line of support for requesters as they complete fields in custom interfaces, especially for situations where they may encounter unfamiliar terms or are unsure what to enter in a given field.
The Concierge is not connected directly to the AI Front Door and it cannot use information or context from previous engagements with the Front Door unless that information is available in interface metadata or in a connected data source.
To get help from the Concierge, users have two options:
Select Concierge in the upper right corner of an interface for more general questions about the interface.
Hover over an input field and select the Concierge icon,
, to get help with that specific field.
