Add Fields to the Business Report
In the module builder, select the Report button. The module business report displays.
Beside the business report name, select the three dots button,
. The business report settings menu displays.
Select Manage Fields. The Manage Fields window displays.
Locate the formula field, Order Created On, and two global fields, Count of Requests and Count of Requests Per In/Out of Stock, you created previously. Select the show/hide icon,
, for these fields to include them in the business report.
When finished, close the Manage Fields window.
Bulk Refresh Items
In the business report items table, select the select-all checkbox. The Bulk Select options display.
In the Bulk Select options, select All > Refresh. The Refresh items window displays.
Select Refresh. All selected items, except for global fields, are refreshed.
Beside the business report name, select the three dots button,
. The business report settings menu displays.
Select Manage Fields. The Manage Fields window displays.
Locate the two global fields you created previously and beside each, select the Refresh field button,
. The global fields are refreshed.
When finished, close the Manage Fields window.
Refresh the browser page and confirm your formula and global fields have recalculated as expected.
You've customized your business report by adding your custom formula and global fields—and also refreshed all items to ensure those fields are updated the relevant data. Next, it's time to create workspace app pages to display all this information for our stakeholders.
